Getting in the Game with Austin Stout and Inov8
I am going to be working with Austin for the next year with the first goal of rebuilding my metabolism. The second goal will be to thicken up with the final goal of getting stage ready. Despite my picture, I am an endomorph. I put on fat very easily.
Stats: 165lbs @ 13-15% or so Bf.
5' 9"
32 years old.
CURRENT
My current diet is really bad. I have only been this low in calories for about two weeks and have been around 2k for most of the diet. I use IF and do not eat until after 1. I eat three times a day. Meal 1: 60 Grams Protein (Milk Protein Isolate as I react so good to this protein) and 1 serving of Almonds. Meal 2: Post Workout, Same without the almonds. Meal 3: Almost 3/4 a lb of lean steak and lots of green vegetables. 1200 - 1300 calories a day with one free day of about 4 -5000k a week with a full fast after the cheat day.
Training: 4x a week PHAT program.
Macros are 180 grams protein, 20-30gms carbs, 50gms fat. I weigh everything so this is fairly accurate.
Supps: Just started creatine, Multi, Fish Oil 3gms, Vit D3 4000iu, zinc/magnesium, vit c 1000mgs.
FUTURE
I will start with Austin on 29Jul and am not sure what he has in store for me but I am sure it will be a tough ride.Last edited by Hammer200; 07-20-2013 at 03:41 PM.

My program came today. The detail and professional look of the program is amazing. At first glance I am very impressed. I would say it took Austin at least 6 hours to build my nutrition and training. I will evaluate the program based on the workout and nutrition. First I must restate my goals for phase 1. I want to rebuild my metabolism while maintaining strength, lbm, and weight. Once my metabolism gets to an appropriate level we will move into a phase 2 which will be to put on lean muscle while the final phase will be prep.
Workout: The workout is a 5 day program and has is a combination of strength, tempo, and intensity training. Everything is laid out and I do not even have to think about it. When you work 80hrs+ a week in a high stress job, this is important. There is nothing cookie cutter about this program. It is very individualized. The workout program is 5 days a week with 1 day of high intensity cardio. The workout is based off of four week cycles so I will get a new workout in a month.
Nutrition: The program is based on macronutrients with recommended food options. I like this as it will allow me to build the meals based on foods that I like. I have a very busy schedule and often times can only grab a protein shake and almonds. This plan will allow me to structure as such. I have 4 meals and peri-workout nutrition. Three of the meals are protein/fats based and the fourth is protein/carbs based. I have not even looked at carbs in sometime so this makes me a bit nervous but I know Austin is truly an expert in this game. I am going to follow everything he suggests to a T.
Program Updates: I will email update Austin twice weekly and he will make nutritional adjustments as needed. I will get a new workout every month. I will do picture updates for him every 2 weeks and probably every month or two for this log.
Communication: Austin gets back to me within minutes to hours every time I contact him. 10/10 in this department.
Overall: I am 110% happy thus far.
