Mine's a simple routine...
5 days/wk including 2 leg sessions (mon/thu).
I'm a type 2, off meds, so my diet is all about carbs and carb timing during the day.
Basic sups, whey + a pre/post, men's multi...
Just keeping it simple...

I'm natty but I use some supplements. I like to use BCAAs and whey protein and of course Creatine for punps. I also throw in some weight gainer protein to mix it up after in done training. What's your favorite supplement to help you train?

Less than 10 weeks out (contest on Olympia weekend).. Doing a cyclic Keto diet (Dave P special).. Working out 7 days a week, hitting squats twice a week, doing a combination LISS cardio post workout (30min walk) and also HIIT cardio (14mins) 3 times a week. No supps except 2 whey isolate shakes per day, one pre and one postworkout (proteindirect.com.au)

3.5 weeks out from my first show, training 6x per week, cardio 8x per week
Heavier days, then giant set days to force more blood into the muscle... seems to really be bringing out some fullness"But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were yet sinners Christ died for us."

I still do kind of old school 5 days a week one body part, low carbs around workouts, one cheat meal a week. Use humapro, chained out, creapure, and beta alinine....... Just looking to change it up feel like since I hit 30 (not that thats old!) fat comes of much slower and I look overall softer.... thanks for all of your input guys

Back to the topic, I follow a moderate carb/high protein/low fat regime. I've found it's what has got me the most effective result, keeping my fullness. I have found that keto although effective at dropping weight, I found that I didn't hold my fullness as well and sacrificed some muscle in the process. Although please note this is my experience only.
Regarding training I follow a 5 day split routine usually a push/pull/legs routine. With cardio I find slow steady state good for my joints and gives me time to zone out and gather my thoughts. I do occasionally throw a bout of hiit in there every now and theN to spice things up lol
