Me too, pics set side by side always seem to tell the story....good, bad, or ugly... we'll see. In the mirror I am not satisfied yet but fat loss has to come at a pace where u don't lose everything you worked hard to build, and i had a lot to lose.
Weight: 198.8. Feeling good this morning, another good night's sleep. I would say partly because my ass was kicked from last night's workout.

Weight: 198.8. No big reports today. Hit some arms, abs, calves last night. A bit sluggish, I think it was hangover from the back workout. Managed a decent pump though and forced myself through cardio, during which my back tightened up. Legs tonight, I think I will be doing a fairly easier than usual leg day, it is my secondary leg day anyway and I don't want to flare up my back, I've had a good run going and don't want to end it now by tweaking something.

Well today is day 74 of the 120 I vowed to diet, about 45 days to go. Looking forward to the end to tell u the truth. I have not reached a point of feeling satisfied with the fat loss though. Some decent progress made but plenty still to be shedded. Listening to Blue Collar Muscle yesterday, John is like "yeah I like to stay around 8-9% in the off-season", I'm thinking off-season, hell I'm struggling to get there while trying to cut, lol. And listening to Jamie and Shelby go back and forth about her first diet and how hard she had to work... it's inspiring and daunting at the same time. Hell I may have to diet for 30+ weeks to get to contest bf levels. I feel like once you get there it's easier to get there again... well I have never been there and would prob have to suffer mightily to reach that plateau. My original goal was just to get to where I was last year when I leaned out, about 9-9.5%, when I get there, I'll see how I feel, and think about how to proceed. Bodybuilding is def a disciplined sport, even more so for ones with slow metabolisms... of which I am one, I guess that is how you see what u are made of....

Thanks Rich. Maybe it never does get easier, who knows, I don't know because I have never been there yet, bb is addicting though so it prob won't matter... we'll just keep battling. Well I hope we both get to the physiques we desire... I think when I get to 9-9.5% like I initially set out to do I may go a little further, then try to put on some size but keep everything tight like u said, no getting sloppy, then when winter is over resume the cutting, we'll see...
Weight: 196.6. Wow another 2.6 lbs. just like last week, I guess everything will stay status quo. As long as it keeps coming off I'm not upping the torture, i.e. less calories, more cardio... I have actually backed down the intensity of my cardio a tad this past week. Hit a less than full throttle leg session last night, still could feel the little tightness in my back so I didn't push it.

Yeah I forgot to put in my abdomen caliper pinch this morning. The highest I could get was an 11, so it is down another 1.5 ticks! Only 2.5 to go to reach last year's lowest reading! Another couple of weeks and I should be there if everything stays going as it has lately.

i got myself a caliper also, since the scale has been moving along slower and not moving at all at times. even so, a jeans that couldn't fit me to save my life, i wore the other day nicely. so i know i am losing body fat. strength is still nice and solid, so muscles are being retained. but now this caliper saying i am 22.7% lol. not sure i like this other form of gauging my fat loss lol

Cool. Yeah, it's just a gauge, I don't think they are spot on by any means but it is a way to monitor, if the numbers are going down, you're going in the right direction. The mirror, your clothes, etc. are all ways to tell also as you have stated.
Well it's time to wrap things up here. Last dose of EpiTren today. I took pics this morning. Not huge changes, but some more progress. I always open the pics up on my computer hoping to see Mr. USA appear on my screen, lol... it never happens... I still have a long way to getting really lean but I am moving in the right direction, just gotta stay focused and hard at it. I wanna say that the 8 weeks of EpiTren I feel helped me to retain muscle and strength throughout the run. I started at 211 and yesterday weighed 196.6. So that is 14.4 lbs. down and I still feel good in the gym with basically the same level of strength.
We went to Oktoberfest yesterday where I inhaled all kinds of awesome cheat meal delicacies. I hit 45 min. Cardio 25 HIIT, 20 LISS b4 we left. Starving when I arrived, I don't even remember everything I sampled but some of the best things were Oktoberfest beer of which I had a few, a German Chocolate Brownie (OMG), Bavarian Soft Pretzel, German Roasted Almonds, I could go on and on, I was up 3.5 lbs. this morning. Anyway I'm throwing up a couple pics from that too.

So much fun...
So this is comparison from the start of the log until now. I threw in a couple extra too. I still haven't found the best place to take pics in my new home, this morning I tried the kitchen, I think the light was too much, the pics are a little too bright but it is what it is, here goes:

The last one won't load for some reason. Thanks again to IML for the free trial run. I have enjoyed and benefited from using your products many times over the last year!
