Half the battle of making progress w/ a new program is just doing and getting the habit established. Give yourself the challenge of honestly getting to the gym on your determined scheduled for a week. If you don't try, you won't get anywhere. Look at it as a new adventure and some new stuff to try w/ new people. If you're just lazy (which you admitted to!), then its a 'desire to do' thing and not a 'get jacked on up on a thermo' thing.
It takes 3 weeks to establish a habit, but it takes just some honest "just go do it", regardless of how you feel about it - to do it. I'm not a morning person by ANY STRETCH, but when its time to start getting up for 5 AM cardio for contest prep, the very simple truth is "Either do it, or don't bother." Simple as that. Either do it - just do it - get up, get going, don't even think about it. Otherwise don't waste your time wishing this or that would change, because it just won't if you don't get up & get going.

I agree with Sassy. I'm a stim junky so I do love me some caffeine, but when it comes down to it, you just have to get up and get it done. When you're just getting started, it seems tough but once you get a few solid weeks under your belt, it just becomes routine.
