MFW's Pete on "nutrition"
I'm not sure this is a "recipe for healthy living" but thought I'd contribute this post from Pete of misc.fitness.weights, a Usenet newsgroup. The post is from 2006.
Try this;
Blend .5 liter non-fat milk with a small cup, about 150cc of *whole* milk powder. The kind they give to children.
Throw in a large banana, and add several scoops of Whey.
Repeat 4 times a day.
Add a generic Multi Vit/Min tab, and the right amount of Creatine.
Eat eggs, fish and steak every day. (not all 3, 2 out of 3 is fine)
There, i just gave ALL i know about nutrition. Good luck!
This guy didn't eat vegetables? Maybe that was a given. Pete, iirc, was from the Netherlands. He had a great sense of humor and always had something interesting or entertaining to offer.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!
