I got a virus a while back that made me spam the bodybuilding.com forums
People saw I was a 2006 account so clicked and got the virus too , gotta be careful!

now i know i was not the only one, to see this kind of spam. i did let Mrs. Sally and Mr. James know about this 2week ago. I thx them very much for lookin' out for us, on this board
