You should NEVER NEED A LOT OF DIURETIC -- ever! You are doing something wrong if you 'over-diuretic' -- A small amount for more excretion is fine before bed.
Water should have only been mildly restricted the day of show -- only. Once show is over, you get sodium/water low carbs back into equation and Monday or so you will be A-OK.

If you stay on track and now you want to follow through all the way to the third show, done correctly, I'd be willing to bet you'd easily be your best last show.
Running two peaks will fill you out more and more. If you're severely depleted, each time you load your body will just soak those nutrients right up thus leading to your best package 1month give or take later.
The thing is to not screw around and hope right back on the diet/training Monday.
Hell...I was even doing my morning cardio session the day after my show knowing I was rolling into the other two. In my eyes, you have to really lock it down because after the first show, you may want to throw the towel in.
Ask yourself...why am I wanting to do the second and then the third which the last is 3 more weeks away? More dieting? More cardio...why? I did it all for this long, made my showing and now I'm done is what may plague you.
Lock it up and do all 3Jimmy Robinson
