Extreme tiredness after Anavar cycle

I am feeling extremely tired after I ended my last cycle. The type of tiredness associated with menses.
I was on 10mg of Anavar ED, plus half a tab of Nolvadex ED. Cycle lasted 100 days. Zero sides while on cycle. Menses came right on the dot every time. Nice steady gains.
Can anyone recommend what I can do about the post cycle tiredness? What do you think is the cause of the tiredness? I've been on Anavar before and didn't feel this way post cycle. Would the tamoxifen have anything to do with it?

You took nolva for 3 1/2 months?

I'd guess the nolva before the var. Wouldn't normally tell someone to run it that long.

Never really heard of post-cycle tiredness. Not knowing anything about your training regimen I might suggest you need some recovery time but I have no details on it. Same w/ your diet.

Are you positive it was anavar? It couldve been a lower dose, more androgenic AAS, and coming off them can make some very tired. Was u taking any test at all?

I have experienced the tiredness after taking low doses of anavar and armidex. Never taken Nolvadex though.

did you taper nolvadex? that's a long time to run it, and just stopping cold could cause your body some major hormone fluxuations.

I'm also very tired coming off anavar right now, but was using nolvadex too for 6 weeks and did a competition. Maybe the post competition blues? I slept for 12 hours one day! No energy and feeling blah.

I am very sensitive to androgens. I get watery and puffy on winny and just about anything else. But as mentioned earlier, absolutely no sides while on this last cycle. Period came on the dot for the whole duration of the cycle. Didn't notice any increase in sex drive either. Just nice clean gains.

I was using half a tab ED. I thought that was a low dose so I didn't taper off. Will taper off with half a tab EOD, then every 3 days the next time.
I ran Tamoxifen for such a long period because I have a friend with cancer who has taken it for a longer period and at a higher dose with no seeming side effects. She is not into lifting. She is taking it as per her doctor's instructions.
