This is funny to me to see Jay so small. I remember him back when he won his first O. Man it seems like forever ago. He is one of my favorite athletes for sure z he is in great shape. What does his diet consist of? How many calories does he eat per day?

His quads when he started are better than mine now after 13 years of bodybuilding! haha

I wonder at what age he hooked up with aceto?

Jay was a freak for sure at a young age, i think he hooked up with aceto in his early 20s. Hoping for great things from the dynamic duo on there second time around in september!

He did break his leg and had to have it in a full leg cast back in his teens. Could be the root of the problem.

Not sure if this is a serious question, but I saw a recent video where he stated he diets on 4000-6000kcals daily.

Maybe Aceto could fill you in but Jay's diet has traditionally been carb heavy, moderate protein and fairly low fat. I did hear rumblings of him keeping some monounsaturated fats in there a couple years ago, but for the most part I'd say he's a low-fat guy.

I don't know is actual diet, but I often see him eating lean beef. So there's obviously a decent amount of fat in there.

And yes he likes high carbs but that is what his body likes.

Remember when he was with Muscletech? And how everyone on the boards used to bash Celltech cause of all it's sugar? Well guess what? Jay used a ton of that shit cause his body would just suck it up completely.

Funny thing about all the celltech bashing is that, like many of its clones, it is shit on its own, but awesome if you are using slin.

And...that I believe was its intended real customer, but to make money of course they had to peddle it to all the 16-yr olds who have no idea what slin is.
