Competition season is over... time to grow!

so my season is over and I gotta say that I am thoroughly happy with how I came in this year. I was 188.7 on stage and alot leaner then last year especially in the legs. huge props go to Matt Porter for bringing me in so well this year.

my plan for the off-season is to work with Matt all off season so he can keep tabs on me and keep me in shape. my problem has never been gaining size its always been getting that nasty conditioning i need to compete at the national level. so working with Matt this off-season and pre contest iwill bring the shredded physique I need.

I'm 5'8"-5'9". I have been told I have good structure lol. Matt is the man! been working with him for two seasons now. this well be the first time working with him for a complete of season
