I also sent Dave an idea for HMR, but we'll see how it goes.

I told him he should have a section called "Grinding Gears with the Gurus". Where him and Chris could each have 1 topic weekly that ticks them off related to bodybuilding misinformation. This could be related to the science of bodybuilding or a rumor in the industry.

Kind of like when Peter had that section on the news on the show Family Guy lol.
