I'm having good results adding the extra set from 3 to 4 on each move, I think I'll go for the 5th, also a major difference in actually feeling my back working cutting the weight down as well.

Yes you should post more often but more important, you need your own radio show! You always seem to motivate and be positive. Would be a nice asset to RXs current shows.

I dont think he was necessarily bashing heavy training, but bashing people who focus too much on the poundages and sacrifice form as a result of lifting too heavy. You probably see these types of ego lifters in the gym on a daily basis Bryan and shake your head.
