Sorry I disagree with you here, in the vids Steve looks way better. Essa might have him 5-10% on conditioning but Kuclo is quite a bit bigger, and MUCH more appealing looking. Essa has some freaky shots but some pretttttyyy bad ones too.

Kuclo looks better in both comparisons you just posted, to me at least. So while it is subjective, I personally agree with the judges. And while Obiad is ripped, his body just doesn't look all that great....

Kuclo has an advantage in structure, shape and from top to bottom proportion - he definitely benefited to the confirmation round/judging. A good (not great) choice for bodybuilding and its marketability

Pics doesnt do Kuclo justice, look at the video with him and essa. Bigger, good structure and almost as good conditioning. Kuclo will fight for the Sandow in a couple of years...

Id say Essa first based on these pics and the gallery pics. Kuclo looks like maybe a darker tan would of made his conditioning stand out better.

What's Cory Matthews background? He looks like he has a bright future in this sport

Man, according to the Pics (on MD), Essa really got fucked here... very upsetting as a fan of the sport. Nobody in this line-up beats him today.

Well its clear that astonishing conditioning is NOT something that the judges are looking for anymore. Attention all bodybuilders, come into your next show having great "structure", "potential", and a "home-state-fan-following" and you'll probably win...

Just ask Essa and Rita! Don't bother killing yourself getting ready for bodybuilding shows, because, appearantly, there is such a thing as "over-striated", "over-peeled", and "over-conditioned" that will negatively impact your placings.

I'm sure Vince Gironda would be turning in his grave if he knew what was transpiring today in bodybuilding.
