Apple Pie shake
This is a pre-workout drink.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/3 cup apple pie filling
3 whole-wheat graham crackers, crumbled
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
Nutrition Facts: Serves One
245 calories, 22g protein or whatever you 1 scoop is. 37g carbs, 1.5g fat.

Sometimes you look at other recipes & revamp them. Most recipes are trial & error.
