    Bigorexia is every bit as real as anorexia. I'm not saying everyone in here has it, or that they have It to an extreme degree. But I do believe in it and that it is a serious condition. What do you think prompted Gregg Valentino to have milk crates for biceps? It stemmed for an insecurity for sure, he says so himself.. that he did it for attention and to feel better about himself.
