Stubborn Fat!
Hey, I'm about 6 weeks out from my show, I've been dieting on low carbs (45min stepmil and 25 min treadmil in the afternoon) and doing cardio every morning. But I'm still having trouble losing this little fat in my lower back and abdomen. All other areas are looking great but these areas just wont act rigt. Any ideas?

Thanks, everyone...As far as cardio, I'm doing 45-50 in the morning on the treadmil w/ an incline, or step mill. I adding another 25 min session after workout.

this is a example of my meal plan...I have always did a low carb diet but I've been trying to add in more cards depending on how I'm feeling. I'll try an get some pics
7 egg whites
3/4 cup oatmeal
1tbs peanut butter
7oz chicken
green beans
18 almonds or avocado
42g Protein Shake
almonds
7oz Chicken or Fish
green beans or broccoli
18 almonds or avocado
42g Protein Shake (Post workout)

just my advice... but if you're only having 1 carb meal a day, I would move that to pre or post training instead of first meal
