I'm impressed with the pull ups! Nice work!!!! I suck at body weight exercises lol I can move weight in the gym, except for my own!

So Friday was pretty much a bust for me. Even though I did get home early enough from the party Thursday night I had a shitty day at work. Dealt with bullshit all day, then we had a Board meeting at 4:30, which lasted way too long and I arrived late to the party I planned! The DJ was running late, the venue messed up on seating...oh I can go on and on. I was so mentally fried that I could not fall asleep. My mind would just not turn off....I should've drank more.... I think I finally knocked out at about 3am, so I started my day on Friday with about 3.5hrs of sleep. I was not functioning well enough to go to the gym.
I did make up for it this morning though, awesome leg work out, and decent make up day for shoulders.

Machine Curls- 20 per side x8x8x8-> this was a different machine I don't normally use, the pads to rest my elbows were higher, so my elbow and shoulder were kind of aligned.

Finished with 20min cardio on the stepper.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas!
This week has pretty much been a bust for me gym wise. Started off great, but b/c of the Holiday hours on Tuesday and being closed yesterday I didn't get to get any training in.
I decided to just take some extra rest days this week. Took today off, and will take tomorrow off too. Then I'll hit legs on Saturday.
I'm starting to get things together so I can begin working with Karen by mid- January. My son has one of his major annual appointments on Jan. 8th, depending on how that goes I'll make my final decision on wether or not I'll be competing in 2014. Praying for the best.

Thanks Nic. Yeah, the gym hours have just been so stupid. Making it hard for me to get my training in. Christmas eve open 8am-2pm, well I was working 9a-3pm. Tomorrow the hours are going to be 8am-6p, so I won't be able to go in the morning before, I am going to try to go after work if I leave early enough...but I know it's going to be f'n packed in there

Happy New Year ladies....I'm not very happy since it's freezing and snowing....

Tuesday- quick chest workout & 20min cardio
Wednesday- Planned off day
Thursday- unplanned off day, couldn't make it into the gym before work b/c of an early appointment.
Friday- snowed in, didn't get my car out to be able to get to the gym. Had a delayed opening at work but I needed the extra time to make sure I got my baby safely to grandma's. My husband is going to pick him up after work so I am going to attempt to make it into the gym to train back. We shall see.
