I said on another thread that I think this kid looked like shit. His placing was a gift yesterday. He's 5ft4 with a 40 inch waist. Soft as shit. Legs look terrible compared to his upper body. Shoulders look good. Chest is good. He's young which is a positive , he could look better in years to come or turn into a bigger slob

i think its this, doesn't seem like a guy who handles his own prep or protocols... should get some better help with diet as well

He's got coach. Prokofiev is his name I think. I'd have to google that one to be sure.

IMO he is worried about losing muscle and doesnt get good advices... what he showed yesterday is something he can't be proud at. He was way off... some people start their prep in better shape.

I agree. He cant be afraid to "lose muscle" or he will never be in shape. He was soft as hell
