Yeah traps definitely came up.

I personally don't see an "ON" Kai being beaten by Jay, but who knows what Jay is gonna pull out of the bag.

He came in conditioned last year but gave up size and was a little flat and really his arnold classic best showing would have been good enough to knock off Phil, which would have made many of us very happy.

If he can hold on to 5-7 more pounds he is extremely dangerous.

In addition I feel Phil is under a ton of pressure and probably never thought so many talented guys would be breathing down his neck.

I feel if Ramy comes in shredded he is the best thing to happen in nearly a decade, definitely as much impact as Heath in my opinion.

We thought the age of the mass monster was over and were happy to see ruined physiques and bloated midsections reduce.

Then Ramy comes along and turns that concept on its head.

I just hope he comes in super tight.

This reminds me way too much of 2010 i think it was when kai and oscar were posting pics of him at "297" hard as hell and everyone thought he would win. In fact it seems the only time he did really well was last year when he posted very few if any pics. Also, he was under 250 last year according to ron norman and people say that was "his best ever". If this is true why would him weighing 295 4 weeks out be a good thing? I like kia and he looks amazing but i have a bad feeling about him this year.

This logic makes no sense.. you can be at the same point at the same amount of time out and still look completely different come show time. Him looking the same at 4 weeks out as he did at 4 weeks out for a different show doesn't mean he'll look the same at all... He could come in shredded to the point he's flat or he can be "fat". 4 weeks is a lot of time in the realm of contest prep. fuck, 4 hours can completely change a physique when you're at that level. Just ask Dennis "cookie monster" Wolf.
