On average: P 180-200 C 120-150 F 40 on average...

5-7 173pda 3 days cardio/3day workout this has been a good change for me since my injury.

well the first problem I see is that the averages come out to be about a 200 calorie difference, so the first thing I would do is put your numbers to be as close to the same as possible every day to see what changes REALLY need to be made...

Consider that since the injury I can not move as much weigh as I used to, nor can I run, etc. My cardio w/o has been getting better but I still lack a lot of the movement I used to have. Cardio intensity has been lowered but time has been longer to compensate. This is also an issue when lifting.

ok so to my original question..... how many grams of fat do you allow yourself when on a low carb day when carb cycling? For example: low carb day/high carb day/etc.

Hey bro,
you really can learn a lot about carb cycling from these guys.. I learned a lot from the nutrition section. There was a ton of information there. It worked well I learned everything and now I cycle carbs easy! Pay attention and take notes.
