The amount of fats you need to consume is a VERY individual thing. I carb cycle and my fats could be as high as 120 grams when prepping and up to 275 in the offseason. I would say, as a general rule, your highest carb day(s) should have the lowest fat and the lowest carb day(s) should have the highest fat. What that amount ends up being depends on the individual.
