ok so to my original question..... how many grams of fat do you allow yourself when on a low carb day when carb cycling? For example: low carb day/high carb day/etc.

I agree. I always keep my Pro/Fats the same and just cycle carbs. I know some people like to add fats on low days, but I never saw the need.

Yupp. right now I go 2 days carb/1 day no

270/100/65 on carb days, 270/0/65 no carb day.

The amount of fats you need to consume is a VERY individual thing. I carb cycle and my fats could be as high as 120 grams when prepping and up to 275 in the offseason. I would say, as a general rule, your highest carb day(s) should have the lowest fat and the lowest carb day(s) should have the highest fat. What that amount ends up being depends on the individual.
