Why do pll look and over analyze all this crazy stupid methods... just train hard eat and sleep.. im pretty sure roonie colemen did not put a band around hes bicep to make it bigger.

Like John covered in the show its not something to take the place of everything else its that extra 10%, or 5% or even 1-2% of added muscle for someone who has reached their max using traditional ways. If I reach my max and need that extra 5% to reach my goal of a pro card I will do whatever it takes, Ronnie didnt need that some guys wont but I'm sure there are more that can benefit from it then just what God, mom & dad have given them.
