Who wants to help me bulk:
So summer is over and it's time to put on some weight again. Who wants to help? Of course my backbone supplement regime will be NTBM products so this is what I have now or am I getting.
Supplements:
Whey to Build Muslce
Gear
Creatine Mono
Multi 3d
Digestive Enzymes
Powerchews BCAA and Glutamine
From the retail store:
Universal Gain Fast
2 tubs of Size On Max Performance
Other supps:
Recoverpro
Humapro tabs and powder (whatever I have left)
Conquer
Compete
I up 6lbs so far in less than a month. This year I'm not trying to go balls to the wall as I'd prefer to stay more lean than the last few years. I plan on really hitting my peak of calories during October and November. I'll be at roughly 2800 until October then push it to about 3200-3300 calories a day. Based on my calculations would put me close to goal weight.
Anyone have input? and for Data I'll run D-Spark most likely very soonLast edited by Young Gotti; 09-09-2013 at 04:30 PM.

Your set up looks full proof to me. The one thing I would like to mention are the calories though. I wouldnt push anything unless you need to. Dont set a time for yourself to make the changes just make them when you stop progressing ya know.
Some easy ways to bump the cals without fat gain is adding additional carbs via an intra workout shake too. You could increase the amount of size on and have that during training. You will utilize it very well at that time.
Some food for thought. I will be in for this!A Passionate and Dynamic Approach to Physique Enhancement

yeah, the plan is to use the animal mass product at just one scoop to add some extra calories and carbs, then use the size on intra workout, mix that with some bcaa's or compete
in my head i'm thinking d spark nitrates mixed with a powerful intraworkout, should really open up the bloodflow for the carbs and aminos to really hit the muscles

Training Split:

Tuesday: Back/Bis
Wed: Cardio/Abs
Thurs: Legs
Friday: Off
Saturday: Shoulders
Sun: Off
I don't really follow any one program though. Usually aim between 8-12 reps, sometimes on the last set I'll just go heavy and not pay attention to reps weather it be 3 or 5. However if I think I'm going to get 8 reps and fail at 6, then I'll force myself to do a drop set.
I've been doing a lot more stretching after I'm done with a particular muscle group as well. And I think I'll throw in GVT for a couple weeks somewhere coming up. May do it starting next week just to jumpstart some growth.

I'm in for this! I'm basically on a perpetual bulk and never really gain any weight(so it seems), so I'm certainly interested to see what works for others. Ill contribute some my ideas as well.

the real bulk starts september 30th....so like a week away, but after not eating many carbs for the summer i'm actually pretty happy with the progress i've made in the month of september just from adding carbs (even if not a ton) back into a few of my meals
i'm not trying to go totally nuts this year but the last week or two have been difficult haha, with football and my buddy really loving to cook i haven't been eating the cleaniest and i've been getting a ton of calories just from football sunday get togethers
next week i'll be adding in an Animal weight gainer i got from the ntbm retail store, just using 1 scoop to add roughly 140 calories to one of my shakes during the day, i figure 50 servings of an extra 140 calories will do me better than taking a full serving and only getting 10 days out of the tub and probably gaining fat from the huge increase in calories
i'll also use size on max that i also got from the ntbm retail store, adding in some calories, protein, and carbs to my intra workout drink, i think i'll use 1 scoop and add in some recoverpro bcaa's during my workout
And it finally looks like it's time to try out D Spark out, i'll use it for two reasons, to keep the fat gain to a minimium while i increase the calories in my diet, also to increase test...but i also think the nitrates will really be amazing preworkout while i use the carb drink intraworkout to really push the size on into the muscles while i train

I'm looking at roughly 2650-2800
308 carbs, 170 protein, 85 fat
i don't calculate in gear, humapro, or bcaa's into my protein or calorie totals though
i also change the calories just a bit from day to day, for example on wendesday which is cardio day, i may eat less carbs than average...but thursday which is leg day i may eat extra carbs than average

i should add i'll be upping the calories come next monday....not really any changes in diet, just adding in the animal gainer and the size on...without looking at the tubs it's roughly an extra 250 calories or so
