thanks i appreciate it, the families doing good, and training for the most part is back to normal
strength is moving upwards every week, maybe just an extra rep or an additional 5 lbs added with the same reps but i'll take it
weight is creeping up, not that fast but i'm ok with that
the mirror hasn't changed from what i can tell but that will come
I wasn't sure i was going to like carbs intra workout, i never really played with carbs during my workout that i can really remember but i'm liking the size on, it seems to be helping with endurance.....the protein and aminos in the size on mixed with just 2 Gear Tabs preworkout should have my protein synthesis maxed while I train

So far I've kept my normal diet, roughly 2700 calories, but added in universal gain fast (1 scoop) 175 calories, and the 1 scoop of size on 180 calories...so i'm right around 3000 calories a day
I am however thinking about changing the timeing of some of the nutrients and calories. What do you guys think, about 45 minutes preworkout i'm taking in about 33grams of protein, then preworkout 2 Gear, intraworkout is Size On, and post workout in my car i pop 3 Gear and 2 Humapro....drive home and eat.....so instead of taking a shake when i get home, i'm thinking about saving the shake until my late night snack...i dont' think the shake post workout is really increasing protein synthesis...total bro science but i'm thinking my body will benefit more from the 22grams of protein later on than it will post workout

update:
so i said i haven't really seen any huge changes in the mirror...i went over to my parents the other night and just had a t shirt on, my mother made a comment about how it looked bigger and sort of pointed to her upper chest.....it seems when i start adding weight i get wider across the top and shoulders first so thats a good sign
last night i noticed something that gives me positive signs as well....my lower back felt extremely weak during squats, not sure if it was sore or built a pump, just felt like the weight was really heavy....however i was still able to go pretty heavy, i think if i felt 100% in there that i'd really be able to come close to PR's....i'm encouraged by this

yeah it's nice to run into ppl you haven't seen in awhile to really guage changes, i work with a lot of older ppl and they could really care less and i see everyday
but my mother is a good judge, she'll tell me like it is, so if i'm gaining size but getting fat she'll be sure to let me know haha, sometimes thats the best thing though because i don't need people around just blowing smoke

i tried to edit my last post but hunger is really elevated recently
ate breakfast around 7:30, i was starving by 10ish and going crazy by 10:30, i usually don't eat my second meal until about 11:15....may have to either up some calories or change some calories around if this continues
maybe should start carrying some PB with me at all times again

haha I sort of did this today, i got fully ready for work, pretty much did everything except have my cup of coffee and brush my teeth before eating, hopefully it helps
last night after the gym i got home and was starving, ate a good meal.....however a couple hours later i was starving again...i've been holding off on my postworkout shake until about 10pm with my last meal, it really helped curb the hunger last night before bed
