Bodybuilding Detox
Hi Guys,
So I am coming to the end of a long & hard diet & a mild gear cycle (prop, primo, winny, clen, t3)
I am going to do PCT & then take 1-2 weeks completely off the gym.
During this time I would like to do a detox style diet. I have seen several guys do this recently & really feel it will be beneficial for both my mind & body!
I have been pretty hardcore & strict since I was 17 (now 24) and feel my body needs a good rest.
What would you guys suggest as a typical daily plan/food types/supplementation etc for this kind of detox.
Ideally, I would like to stay away from any direct protein sources for this period - for example; meats, shakes etc
Any ideas would be awesome!

Why not just take a break from meals and training for a week or so? Just 'eat clean' and get some good micros in...
