Evaluate please.

I am 53 in these pics. Was 240 at weighin (6'2"), no clue what stage weight was. I know conditioning was not enough to win, no excuses. I did this show after 3 years away and had a friend hurt my shoulder 3 months out and trained with some kind of herniated naval- ab tear going on (getting it checked today). I dieted down from 280, but because of the second boo boo couldnt do as much cardio as I wanted.
I think 5 more weeks I could have brought it in shredded, but that wasn't possible. Still was much bigger than 3 -6 years ago. Will post pic from then too.
So with all that, what else will I need to work on once I heal up? ( Planning to do Masters in July).

I did use deoderant before posing.... Nothing?

you need to work on posing. conditioning is way off, but you know that. really need to work on all over size and esp v taper. need some quad sweep.

Thanks! Yeah conditioning was off, was not able to cardio as much as I wanted due to what just was diagnosed as an umbillical hernia. Getting surgery next Friday. Had a tweaked shoulder which threw me off too, but that's been progessing over the weeks. Going to get healthy. Next time out will be different! Thanks again!
