Cutting water weight on var
I am about two and a half weeks out from having to cut 10lbs of water, i am taking 10mg of var daily... Should i drop the var or will i be able to lose the water with out retention?

It's for a weight class. Weighing 155, cutting to 145, have 24 hours to rehydrate and replenish prior to competition. This is a female by the way

My OP was on my boyfriends account sorry. Its not a physique competition, just one witth hard weight limits.

If you haven't already determined that there is water retention from the var, better to err on the conservative side and drop it. Can't guarantee that just dropping it will make the 10 lb difference, but it would remove that variable from the equation and simplify the water manipulation process.
