I was scrolling through instagram the other day and noticed a crazy picture of Barbie Heng's abs (top amateur bikini competitor) and thought I'd probably never seen abs this good on a female... ever!

I have a lineup of a few girls, can anyone add some names? Because I know I would have missed a few!

I think it would be interesting to see what these women eat during contest prep actually. It would be interesting to see how it all adds up to a meal plan and diet. I'm sure they watch every single calorie and it would be nice if they could share that with us.
