Blood Work

I have been out of the gym way to long and getting back into the swing. I also am looking into HRT and therefore would like to get test done prior to see if it is a good option for me. I have used the Private MD site in the past but cant find a history of what test I had done so was wondering if the following would be a good test:

That test looks solid (although for me I would also like to know "Free" testosterone.)
