Anyone know what the macros are for thin sliced top round steak?
I looked everywhere and get different answers.The meat is publix thin sliced top round steak.I called publix and they dont know.I have no idea what they are and i know i am messing up my macros.Thanks for the help.

Myfitnesspal app has it, or the USDA nutrient data base: search steak, top round. Weigh it out and you should have a pretty close break down for the macros if they don't add any flavorings.
