Hi guys!
Let me tell you a few words about my last (spring) season.
I needed to change a few things in my preparation to have a better midsection. The main thing was the food intake. I reduced the fiber. I didnt eat brown rice and barley at all and i minimized the raw vegetables. The way i felt got better so i thought my midsection would look more streamlined. However i didnt look better on stage, so i think i need more changes till next year. Yes i will compete in 2016 next time! Probably late spring/summer cause i need more time for this project.
During the years i got more and more information and sometimes i tend to overcomplicate things. When i experience something negative i try to solve it immediately and it doesnt always succeed in a good way.
As i really wanna improve and be more competitive, i already started working with someone, who we can call a "guru"
Who do you think he is? I will tell you later this week!

Hey Daniel, you reduced your fiber to shrink your midsection? Can you explain that a bit further, I don't understand how that would help but I'm slow sometimes.
Is it a Euro guru or a North American one?

Everyone is different but many of my friends tried it and they all experienced the same.(not that bloated gut)
So i just suggest you guys to give it a try. Of course only if you have that problem.

Sorry guys for not posting for a long time but im having my well deserved off season.
As i mentioned you i started to work with someone. He is Patrick Tour.
We will start my prep around middle august/september. Till that time im on a clean nutrition, which contains various sources, so its not boring at all.
Protein sources: Competition Whey Isolat, chicken breast, beef, tilapia, salmon, egg whites
Carbo sources: oats, rice, sweet potato, potato
CH intake: 300-350g
Right now i have 5 workouts a week and i have 5 cardios in the morning on empty stomach.
