Thank you Darkseid!
My favourite supplements are the Whey Isolat, BCAA Black Bol Powder, L-Glutamin, and Pre Noxx. I use these in the season and also in offseason. These are the most important supplements for my muscles.
Sometimes I drink Water Whey, and I take Protein Block in offseason.
Fat Burn V10 and L-carnitin liquid help me to loosing fat..
And I take Multi5000, Ca-Mg, Omega-3, and Rush Infexxion for my health..
I have a traning partner in Hungary, and he helps me on the trainings. We have a training method, but the trainings are different. We never do two same training.

Lets go back to 2011.
Daniel had the whole year off,as he didnt want to compete. At the end of the year he signed his contract with the Best Body Nutrition and decided to prepare for the Arnold Classic in Columbus. His shape was way off and he had only 4 months until the Arnold. That 4 months included even the mass gaining period. He believed in himself and did it.
Here are some pictures...

Arnold Classic amateur was a very important step for the pro card, but I hate that contest. I hate, because my shape was bad. I did a new plan on the last 2 weeks, and it wasn't good. I was small, flat but not dry on the stage. And you know, I had not so much time for the preparation.
I used Jan Tana first time on the stage, and my colour was red. I got too much oil in the prejudging, and too less in the final. My colour and shape was better in the final, but I wasn't satisfied.

Let's go on to Daniel's first pro show, which was in a month after the Arnold Classic Amateur. As he got his pro card in a few weeks,he managed to step on stage and made his pro debut at the FIBO 2012.
He placed 6th and was satisfied with it.

hi Daniel,
I understand that being a pro bodybuilder takes a huge amount of mass to be put on but dont you feel that your midsection is ruining your overall lines? Or are you willing to make your peace with that for the sake of putting on the mass you feel is required to be competitive?
