1. Hello guys,
    Wanted to see what you guys would suggest as a combo (Gear, Diet, Work out) to get back into shape. Some stats and history.
    • Currently 224lbs. - 15.6% body fat.
    • Tried a Keto diet in the past, but hated the flat look it gave me and the lack of energy.
    • Currently get a script for Test from Doc Cyp to be exact and currently have winny, anaver, clen, anadrol, sustanon 250 available, but can get other if necessary.
    • Currently and even when I dieted, I ate an average of 2000 - 2500 Calories - 200-300gr of proteins 50-100gr of Carbs, 50-90g Fats and also every 3 hours.



    This time I want to do it right and not suffer the effects I got from the Keto diet and bad rebound. Any adivce would be greatly appreciated.
