Current Offseason Diet
Here is a detailed look at what I’m currently doing for nutrition in the offseason. I’m not pushing calories too hard, but am keeping them high enough to maintain a 235-240 lb bodyweight and support intense training. In another month or two I’ll start increasing calories a bit in an effort to push my bodyweight closer to 245-250 lb.

Do you prefer shakes over meals? Is it just easier for you to digest?

Cheaper, easier to digest, quicker, less prep and clean up

No pancakes topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and a poptart? This "Bro" food is the difference between a winning physique and a 5th place physique

Awesome. Always enjoy reading your posts. Just download the first episode of BCR and looking forward to listening to it tomorrow. Is protein kept the same on workout days as on off days? From the looks of it you bump up fat quite a bit on off days? It would be interesting to see the macro nutrient breakdown comparing both days.

Interesting stuff!
I like to have the cereal and "whey milk" as part of my cheat meals

I've always tried to limit myself to 4 scoops of protein or less each day for fear that whole food was better but if I can get better digestion, save some money and less clean up I may have to adopt more shakes in my off season plan.

What does your training split look like with that eating? How many low versus high day carbs days?
Looks like a solid plan Shelby, as always on top of your game!

Don't agree. Just seems a little OCD to me. Four different sources of fat for meal 1?
Ever see Cutlers blueprint. Diet is nice and simple.
