Weight gain goal on a bulk
All I've done in the past are bulks as a natty but next time I do a one I want to do while on Var (10 ED). I usually try to keep the gains slow so that I don't gain too much fat. About .5 lbs a week.
If I'm on Var, should my goal be 1 lb a week? I want to maximize my gains while on var.

I would simply eat at about 15 x body weight and train hard. the scale will prob jump rather quickly, just go w it
