Nice vid. I actually so all of those except the back to the floor plank- hadn't thought to try that. I like that ball you are using, never seen one of those. Is it easier to use the the standard ab wheel?

I've never seen a swiss ball ' wheel " .. pretty cool . I do full body wheel outs with the * basic single small wheel a few days each week . The wheel that is sold with two wheels but remove one wheel for greater effect . Since there is only so much we can do in a single session I always include these basic full body walk outs as part of my warm up each day . This way they aren't part of a specific ab workout , but you get em in anyway . Add 10 or so to your warm up and you're good to go .

Hey Daft ! Yeah , the single wheel makes it less stable , I think you'll like it . It sounds like you pretty much have your program under wraps , but it's good to mix it up a bit . Take care .
