Anglican Beach Party - Critique my NEW Physique, Please!
I posted in the Physique Critique forum 3.5 years ago, when I was approaching my March, 2010 bodybuilding contest. The advice then was that first priority should be Back (width & thickness), followed by chest, and then legs.
I'd like to know if the same direction would still apply now, or if something different should be my top priority in the coming off-season.

Thanks, Tammy! So far, all the feedback I've gotten has been similar.
I forgot to say that I competed Saturday at a weight of 175, whereas my weight at the 2010 contest was 163 pounds, and I was only 152 for my 2008 and 2009 contests. So, I'm headed in the right direction.

THat is some really good improvement in lean muscle. It is hard to add muscle to certain areas. Just keep doing what u are doing because it is working.
