your not tight enough in legs or glutes. seem to be holding a bit in lower abs and back as well.

Tammy thanks. Been busting my tail. Down 220. Started prep at 15 weeks out from 259.
Competed last year and dieted from 296 to 237. So I hope that over time. My conditioning improves and this time maintain a leaner off season prep.
