6'1 168lbs ready to add bulk, what should I emphasize
Hi Guys,
New and a first post, this should be interesting. So I spent the last few months trimming down to where I am the size listed in the subject. I want to start bulking but I think there some areas I want to emphasize more than others. For example, I think my arms and calves are a little smaller than I'd like. Also, the side view suggests I have a weak upper chest (almost like man boobs.) Also, my hamstrings may need a little work.
Overall, I want the nice X frame that body builders have. I'm not saying I want to be 235 lbs of muscle, but bulking back up to 185 or 190 would be nice.
Be honest with your criticism, what looks like it needs more emphasis?

from my stand point you are pretty much starting from scratch. i would find a solid program and follow a bulking eating plan and work on over all size.
