I finally got to meet the wonderful Ernestine Shepard. Oldest female body builder in the world. She asked me to come to one of the classes she teaches today. They were filming a segment for the Dr.Oz show about her. So you guessed it, I ndt to meet her and be on Dr. Oz at the same time. What a good way to start off the day.

She looks amazing!! Sounds like a wonderful day!!

Back in full force with my trainer again after that last show. its Leg day! Concentrated on glutes and hamstrings. I'm not going to be able to sit or get up tomorrow.
Trying to fill out and lift up the glutes more to get rid of that bit of a skin fold. And you can never have too much hamstrings.

Got my application for this seasons IFBB Pro card, the next seasons schedual and an application for the Arnold Classic in the mail today. I sure needed a little inspiration again. I've been kind of dragging lately. Still working out though.

I've been waiting all season for this magazine to come out. Its from the 2 National NPC competitions I did last year. Not sure why they do it that way. Just the motivation I like to see. I'm taking his motivation and using it for myself today. Glad I pissed him off..in a good way. lol!

Busy weekend. Attented the Colosseum Strongman Brian-Shaw-worlds-strongest.jpgcompetition on Sat and got to meet one of the Worlds strongest men...and largest at 6'8", Brian Shaw. And also atteneded the last NPC show in Md for the season on Sun.

With a little help from my friends I tried 18 plates on leg press for 6. Yeah, it was heavy. Going back to 16 till I'm ready. Just really, really wanted to try it. lol!
