[SIZE=3]I know I haven't posted anything on here in a long time. Have a lot going on but not much to say I guess. Started training people at my gym. Love it so far. Most of my clients really try to do well...at least the hour they are with me. lol!
On the competition front, I've been trying to lean out for awhile now and the scale is barely moving. But I put on my very first posing suit so my trainer could look at how my conditioning is coming along for this season. i was 117lbs when I wore it 2 yrs ago. I am 140lbs right now. It was too big. Now thats kinda cool. lol!

I had the great pleasure of meeting Irene Andersen Ifbb Pro, Hanna Aneröd and Renzo Anerod at the Arnold Classic today. They are the creative force behind the new documentary coming out, Too Big For the World. I got to talk to them for a long time about the subject and how women like Irene, myself and others we know deal with the general view on female body building and where competitive female body building will go in the future. Please check out the link and the documentary short and support this film!

Someone just asked me what I normally cook for my meals. Thought you might find this interesting so I'm posting it for you. Normally I'll cook about 24 lbs of chicken breast,a huge pot of sweet potatoes & rice. That tends to last me about a week & a half. Sometimes I'll make 5lbs of ground turkey with 3 packets of taco seasoning mix for the extra salt. I do an hour of HIIT cardio almost every day along with my workouts & sweat a lot. I tend to cramp up when I get very lean. And right now I'm already close to competition weight. Today I'm only 5 lbs away from last seasons weight & I'm about 8 weeks out. Thats without drying out. When I dry out I tend to lose about 3lbs over night. The idea is to bring me down early & then feed me into the show for fullness. Fillers for meals are my veggies. Usually broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, leafy greens...anything with the least amount of carbs. Celery has a higher amount of carbs so I'll snack on that when I'm desperate.

You can use any herbs and spices you want. They are calories free. I normally just use salt and pepper. Its easy and I rarely get tired of it. I'll use mustard's and low-fat/low carb condiments if I'm dying for a different taste or need to make some extra dry meat slide down the hatch easier. lol!
I do 1 min intervals on the step-mill. One min fairly fast and 1 min down to about level 4/6. If I'm dying, 2, at the very lowest to catch my breath, then back up to 4 to finish out the min. Sometimes I'll break up the hour into 30 min sections if I can't do it all at once.
Like, I'll come in early, do 30 min. Train. Have a few clients of my own, and then finish the last 30 when they leave. Have to find ways to get everything done.
Thanks PFEPerfomance! I'm hoping too!
