So yesterday I forgot to post that I had gone to the doughnut shop after working out and got 6 donuts which I split with my partner in crime. Today I woke up to find I had lost 3 lbs.
Its all in the timing. I was up 8 after my competition from eating a bunch of celebratory food. Yesterday I did a good hard workout, followed by an hour on the stepper. Then I had my usual protein shake which I normally take with carbs to rebuild my muscle faster. So the donuts ended up being my carb instead of a bunch of rice cakes. I'm not saying you can do that every day but once in awhile I can get away with it. I wouldn't do that before a show though. Too risky.

Sorry PFEPerformance. I'm still in celebration mode. I'll stop talking about it. I'm more happy that I can just move on to the next thing in my life now. Felt like I was stuck there for awhile.

I know I haven't posted in a long time. I've been taking a bit of a break from media stuff but still working out in the gym Trying to make sure I don't blow up like a balloon after all this celebrating that I can eat junk again. lol! I have a couple of gym videos I'll post when I can that were taken over the weekend. It was leg day down at the beach. Yes, I finally made it to the beach after a few years of hard work....and I still worked out. lol!

I call this Reggea squats. Was working out at the beach and they were playing it on the radio. Wanted to dance around with the squat rack on my shoulders. lol! Don't listen to my gf talking about Planet Fitness. We know they don't have squat racks or 10 plates in the whole building even. lol!

I was still doing my hour of cardio on the stepper just so I could eat those tasty treats. lol!
I've been doing absolutely nothing the last few days at the gym. After talking to my trainer about what I need to do for the Pro stage...and seeing what schedual he came up with.....I decided, I'm chilling out while I can before we start again on Tues. Lord help me get through the next year. It might be a doozy.

I finally got to meet the wonderful Ernestine Shepard. Oldest female body builder in the world. She asked me to come to one of the classes she teaches today. They were filming a segment for the Dr.Oz show about her. So you guessed it, I got to meet her and be on Dr. Oz at the same time. What a good way to start off the day.
