Ended up doing Shoulders and Legs today Shoulders hurt a lot more then legs did. Now off to train a friend. Its his leg day too. Mwahahahaha!

Double upper body workouts. One with my trainer and one with a client. Plus cardio.

Trained back/lats, bis and tris today. No cardio unfortunately. Maybe get some in later.
Hope I remembered this right. Had a good workout. Think I definitely made some gains.
Single arm rows 4x20 50,70,90,110
Hammer strength pulls 4x20 50,90,140,180 drop set to 90.
Wide grip lat pull downs 4x20 110,130 ,150 ,170
Over head tricep 3x20 50lbs
Rope push downs 3x20 70,90,110
ss w
Rope over head extensions 3x20 70,90,110
Preacher curls 3x15 70,90,110 very strict
Cable Bicep curls 3x12 90 ,110,130

Light one today.
Abs:
Cable crunches 3x 20- 130,150,150 Need to use a machine with more weight.
Declined weighted crunches 3x15 w 45lb pl.
Flat Bench Lying Leg Raise 3x20
Calves: Don't normally work them.
Leg press 4x20 super slow and full range of movement then 20 fast. -90,140,180,90 burned like a mother
Cardio 30 min step mill
Tomorrow...legs and shoulders.

Legs and shoulder workout seemed pretty easy last night. Wish they could all be that easy. lol! Been cooking all day today. Hoping to get outside before it gets dark.

do you find yourself wanting to do more ab days because of the extra carbs? i have been carb loading in between shows and all i want to do is abs b/c of the definition loss on my lower abs. i think i notice it more than others but i worry about overdoing abs. my normal ab set includes 400-600 reps, so doing them 7 days a week like i want would be a little much!

No. I want to do more abs because I don't have that full 6 pack. I have maybe a 4. lol! My abs are very shallow so I have to build them up more.
I wouldn't do more reps. I'd just add more weight.
