I have recently started a power lifting team at my volunteer fire department. mainly to get the younger guys in there teens something to do and to keep them on the right path.
we have invested alot over the past few months purchasing new weights a smith machine to replace our old one and two new power racks. ive also fabricated two yokes and a sled for our gym
Im really proud how everything is coming together. our next purchase will be a reverse hyper and assortment of bands and chains.
if any one could list the must have essentials please feel free to do so any and all ideas are much appreciated.
