new guy with some questions? ??
Hi, I'm new to this forum. I've been lifting since 97, my arms have been 17inches for the longest.before I order painless pump I will like to know a few things.
1-which arm protocol is mostly used? (I see small g has two bicep protocols)
2-do u have to pin all three heads of triceps?
3-is it best to pin the 2 heads of biceps or should outer head be enough?
4-should u workout bis and tris after pinning?
5-best gauge for draw and pin?

pull with a 18/20g pin with a 22/25g 1/1.5" .Most people like to use it post workout like me I find that the pump is just to much if I do it before. you can use it on 1 or all 3 heads of the tri its up to you I do all 3 because it gives you that "full/fat" looking arm..same with bi's do both so you get that full look . As for protocols go play with it try both. I do my own thing and change it up all the time....all in all its really up to you play with it but do know this, if your arms are 17" cold flex dont expect to get to 19" with 1 bottle your arms are not small so there going to DRINK that 1st bottle...I tell my friends if your doing tri's and bi's get 3/4 bottles and start with 6cc in each arm (3cc tri 3cc bi) 3X a week then bump up to 12cc a arm 2/3X a week till you get the size you want then pin 1x a week for 8/12weeks to maxinize muscle fiber gains... hope this helps....JL

Kept. Has it been really painless? I'm gonna follow small gs protocol and only do biceps.if after the 3 month
Maintenance I keep any gains I will start triceps.

my start size was 14.5" arms at 180lb now im 17"arms at 205lb....Ive done alot of PP but off and on ..I seem to keep 1/2 of my size when I come off but you have to remember most of the time I only come off because I'm out of the gym do to work so I'm not lifting...as for pain there is a sore feeling like you had a crazy workout but not that "inflamed" feeling you get from a test/tren shot....but the thing I love is after about a month of using it your arms are sooooooo tight all day that you look like your working out 24/7..I just started back on a bulk (life has been crazy) my arms are 17" cold flex and im 205lb...I'm going to try to make it to 225/230lb this bulk and if my arms can take it I would like to get them up to 19/20".. we will see...O and I have a friend I'm going to call my "frankenstein" project the guy is going to shock you guys. I will be leting you all know about that in 3months or so

Correct site injection can be dangerious this a fatty chain can cause an embolism, most should not be using ANY SEO. SEO should really be reserved for the TOP NPC, IFBB PRO guys. unless you really really need to balance out your physique.
If your arms are 17" then your not eating enough and not enough TEST, Eat 6000cals and shoot a gram atleast of test. higher test choose multiple esters mix sust prop cyp. this is the correct way.
then tell me you dont grow.
train back and chest correctly and heavy compound exercises, then tell me you dont grow.
Unless you have shitty genetics for arms, its something yuor doing.

Been on painless pump for 6 weeks so far very lil pain, my cousin who's a RN is pinning me.
SO far I've gone from 17" to 18"arms working the arms 3times a week after the painless p.
A gram of test a week, I think that's overkill besides ill be looking like a puffer fish.
Right know I'm on a low test high tren cycle (my favorite).I'm 5'7 192lbs and I bloat very eazy with high
test even with a good AI. Thanks for your advice
