Would love to hear him on BCM! There was a year when he really improved his upper body between Olympia's. Ask him what he did differently training wise.

Ask if Tom were to design a workout around the bare minimum gym equip (ie Squat rack/bar, leg ext/curl & roman chair) what would he set/rep pattern look like?

yes, yes, yes. Best interview of all time. He did a interview years ago on Big Nation which was probably the best bodybuilding interview of all time. He is very well spoken.

I'd be curious to know if this really was his cutting diet.
tom platz cutting diet before competition
PREWORKOUT MEAL : two pieces of toast , jelly hot cereal, small glass of juice or milk
Post Workout meal : Water packed Tuna Plain bagel, iced tea
Snack : bagel and an apple
Snack : Two pieces of toast and half a grapefruit
Evenning meal : Plain boiled fish , dry baked potatoe, Salad and lemon slices , stemed vegatable, Water or a glass dry white wine

Yes please bring him on!!! If he could do one thing over again pertaining to his leg training what would it be. When on stage did he pose differently to create an illusion of better symmetry / balance so his legs were not so dominant?

I'm curious to know what differences in training and diet he would do and advise now versus during his competition years.
I would also like to know what is the longest set of squat he's ever done. There are stories of him squatting for something like 8 minutes straight. Not sure if fact or fiction.
