im 35. hrt is do to pituitary issues. juicing contributed im sure. committing to hrt is a personal choice. my feelings of when you should mean nothing. natural testosterone is healthier. hrt brings unwanted sides. typical bb hrt doses of 250mg ew is not healthy.

200mg EOW keeps me near the 800's, if it is really hrt people are after this is a great range to be in for a guy in his late 30's

i would try taking somewhere between 75mg and 125mg ew of cyp with nothing else. no ai. and see where your test and estro are at. id do it for a couple months before testing.

no. a little time with lower test levels is good. it helps keep the sides away. it is also closer to whats natural.

havent forgot about the thread or the new objective. still gaining. im up almost 20lbs. and do to thanksgiving and having 2 days of dinners i think ill cross the 20lb mark if i havent already haha.

alright guys the end of the log is here. it didnt all go as i had planned. growth slowed a lot on keto and after dropping the dbol (go figure). i was undershooting a lot in my hopes for gains and wanted to double what i had said but shit happens. progress halted last week sometime. but all in all i gained and am keeping somewhere in the 20-25lb range and strength is staying up pretty good also. here are pics from today.

nah im not really disappointed. i was just hoping to be able to stay on the cycle and diet the full 4 weeks to see how much i would have actually put on. i pretty much cut it all in half. im still happy with the results and happy as hell to be in the gym!!!

im focusing on 4 plate squats and deads high rep for now for no reason other than to hopefully do a bro's vs pro's haha. southern ny isnt that far from me if they have one there in the near future.
