I am glad to see you are back at it again Joe but I hope you are keeping an eye on your heart. I still remember those days you'd post up your daily hormone regimen of 200-300mg or tren suspension along with an equal amount of test suspension hahaha.
Speaking of which, how's the ol' ticker handling the new work load? How's your recuperation after especially hard workouts?
You're starting off at close 100lbs lighter than your heaviest, right Joe?

yes on the weight.
heart is as good as its going to get. ive had a second heart attack after the life changes so who knows.i feel good. im watching vitals. im getting an xray in the morning. so far all seems okay. i am limiting it to 4 weeks though because i know i cant hold up like this for too long haha. once i go off the cycle i will hrt on 150mg, train a little smarter,go back on my almost no carb diet, and see how it holds up.Last edited by joe d; 11-21-2013 at 10:17 PM.

Did the heart attacks come on suddenly or did you know something was wrong for a while and you just chose to ignore the signs? I think I remember you saying that the first one was not obvious at first but I might be getting my stories mixed up with another forum member who heart attack. What kind of damage was caused to your heart and how much to do you attribute the second heart attack to the hormone use (abuse)?

no signs on the first. i had a checkup not too long before it. i woke up with chest pain that day. i was panicking, i called my doc, he met me at hosp where i had a mild heart attack.
second had signs. pain in different upper body areas.
i dont put a lot of thought into why and how. i attribute my health issues to me speeding up an already early poor health and death. men on both sides of my family get a lot of issues and die young. if that is what my end looked like before a nasty accident where i suffered severe internal injuries, and a rough bb lifestyle, then it all makes sense that im having the issues now.
