I did go to FST-7.com but I didn't see a exact program to follow.

Am I getting this wrong or do you just do 7 "pump" sets for your last set of each exercise?

Sorry if this is wrong I'm looking to start a new program and it seems like a lot of you are having good gains with FST-7.

Also: Alot of people think that when we say get the maximum pump, it means to go light.( WRONG). A good way to know if your doing the proper weight: The 8th, 9th, and 10th rep should be very hard to perform in sets 5-7.

Very true buster. Especially found this important on leg extensions. I have been on it about a month and half. I have seen gains everywhere.

leg extensions are proly the most brutal part of fst-7.lol. I was in serious pain today! lol

Nice, thanks for all the replies everyone. I actually went back on FST-7.com and printed out Haney's article. I did not see it before.

I'm going to try FST-7 tonight with my back and bi's workout. Can't wait!!
