so I started painless pump this monday
I started this monday and will be doing the following.
Weeks1and 2 (mon-fr )loading-3cc outer/2cc inner tues&thu.(inner hurts like hell)
Weeks 3 and 4 weekly maint(mon,wed, fri)3ccout/2cc in
Week 5-for 3months-twice a week 3cc outer and 2 cc iner.
So what u guys think of this protocol? Were should I pin for better peak?
Im kind of disappointed that painless pump doesn't provide a protocol or any type of info with your purchase.
